These Terms & Conditions govern access to Digital Treasures, including fixed-price treasures, live auctions, customer accounts, checkout, payment verification and order support. By creating an account, placing an order or submitting a bid, you agree to these terms.
Marketplace service
Digital Treasures is a managed marketplace for pre-owned, vintage, collectible and second-life products. Listings are created and administered by our team. We may review, edit, suspend or remove a listing.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and OTP, and remain responsible for activity through your account. You may not impersonate another person or misuse payment evidence.
Products and condition
We aim to provide clear photographs, descriptions, condition information, prices and material defects. Pre-owned products may show reasonable age or wear. Report a materially incorrect item promptly with order details and photographs.
Fixed-price orders
Adding an item to the Treasure Box is not an indefinite reservation. An order is accepted when confirmed by the platform. Stock, pricing or obvious technical errors may require cancellation and an appropriate refund where payment was received.
Live auctions
A bid is an offer to buy. The platform may reject invalid, manipulated or suspicious bids. A person whose email is associated with an item may not bid on that item. The highest valid bidder may be required to pay within the communicated period. Server records control if a displayed countdown is affected by network delay.
Payments
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Bank-transfer screenshots are reviewed by an administrator and do not automatically confirm payment. Never submit a banking password, PIN or OTP.
Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery estimates may change due to courier or location. Cancellation, return and refund eligibility depends on the item, disclosed condition, payment status and reason. Change-of-mind returns may not be available for unique, collectible or auction items. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Prohibited conduct
You may not manipulate auctions, place sham bids, misuse discounts, interfere with security, scrape protected data, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or use the service for fraud or prohibited goods.
Communications
You agree to transactional OTP, bid, payment and order messages required to provide the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Responsibility for a transaction is assessed under the confirmed order, these terms and applicable law.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms for operational, legal or marketplace changes. They are governed by laws applicable in Pakistan. Questions may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
