This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Treasures collects, uses, shares and protects information when you browse, create a shared customer account, bid, order, pay or contact support.
Information collected
We may collect name, email, phone, protected account credentials, OTP records, address, city, profile, cart, orders, bids, auction activity, payment method, payment screenshot, support messages, preferences, device, browser, IP address, cookies and security logs.
Shared Digital Kabari account
Digital Treasures and Digital Kabari use a connected customer portal. Account and authentication information may be used across both services for sign-in, account access, relevant orders and service updates.
How information is used
Information is used to secure accounts, process carts, orders and bids, prevent an item owner from bidding on the same item, verify payments, arrange delivery, send service notifications, provide support, detect abuse, maintain records and meet lawful obligations.
Payments
Bank-transfer screenshots and submitted transaction information may be retained for administrative verification. Do not upload banking passwords, PINs, card security codes or OTPs.
Sharing
Information may be shared where reasonably needed with shared portal operations, authorised administrators, hosting and email providers, couriers, payment partners, advisers, fraud-prevention services and authorities acting through valid legal process. Private contact details and payment evidence are not published as product listings.
Cookies
Cookies and session storage may keep you signed in, preserve the Treasure Box, remember preferences, measure performance and prevent abuse. Blocking essential cookies may stop login, cart or checkout functions.
Retention
Account, bid, order, payment and support records are retained as reasonably needed for transactions, security, disputes, records and legal obligations, then removed, anonymised or archived where appropriate.
Security
We use reasonable access controls and verification workflows, but no internet system is completely secure. Protect your password and OTP and report suspected misuse promptly.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of profile information and ask about account closure through support. Certain transaction records may need to be retained for security, disputes or lawful obligations.
Children
The marketplace is not intended for children who cannot legally enter a purchase or auction commitment.
