Digital Kabari does not require users to provide their online banking password, ATM PIN, OTP, or similar confidential banking credentials.

3. KYC & Auction Verification

Auction participation requires an account and the required bidding eligibility score.

Users receive:

  • 20 points after successful email verification

  • 40 points after successful CNIC/KYC verification

A total of 60 points qualifies an account for auction participation.

KYC information is used for verification, fraud prevention, account security, and marketplace integrity.

CNIC images, CNIC details, and verification photographs are not displayed publicly or shared with other buyers or sellers.

4. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Passwords are stored using secure hashing methods. This means Digital Kabari administrators cannot view or retrieve your original account password.

Access to sensitive user information is restricted to authorized personnel where required for legitimate operational, verification, security, or compliance purposes.

5. Sharing of Information

Digital Kabari does not sell your personal information.

Your CNIC/KYC information is not publicly disclosed and is not provided to other marketplace users.

Limited information may be processed or provided to authorized service providers where necessary to complete services such as delivery, technical infrastructure, verification, security, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose will be used.

6. Payment Proof

When uploading a bank-transfer screenshot, users should avoid including unrelated confidential information wherever possible.

Digital Kabari will never ask for:

  • Your banking password

  • ATM PIN

  • Debit/credit card PIN

  • Banking OTP

  • Email password

  • Account password

If anyone claiming to represent Digital Kabari asks for this information, contact our official support immediately.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
